How to choose and buy a data plan in Nigeria.
Check the network, allowance, validity and recipient before confirming a data purchase on Buzzy.

Ask the recipient to confirm the number they want topped up. A number that looks familiar can still contain a wrong digit. Select the appropriate network in the purchase flow rather than guessing from an old prefix.
2. Compare data allowance and validity.
A cheaper plan is not automatically the right plan. Check how much data it includes, its stated validity and any restrictions in the description. Choose a plan that matches the recipient's usage and check the total displayed price.
3. Review the order summary.
Sign in to Buzzy, open Data and select an available option. Check the phone number and plan again on the review step. Confirm the purchase once and keep the reference supplied by the transaction.
4. Check the status before buying again.
If delivery is delayed, review the transaction history and network confirmation. Repeating a pending purchase can create another charge. Contact support with the reference and purchase time if the issue needs investigation.
5. Keep your account details private.
Support does not need your password, transaction PIN or OTP to understand your purchase issue. Use Buzzy's support channel and provide only the relevant transaction details.
