Read the product description, available photos, stated price and location. Ask the seller about any missing details before placing an order. A low price alone does not tell you the condition, specification or suitability of an item.
Create useful listings as a seller.
Use a specific product title and accurate photos. Explain the item's condition, key specifications and any purchase conditions. Keep your price and availability up to date so visitors can make an informed decision.
Keep transaction records.
Use the available Buzzy order and chat flows and retain your order reference. Contact support about a platform issue with the relevant reference. Never publish payment credentials, PINs or OTPs in a listing, chat or review.
