1. Define your contest and its rules.

Write down the event's name, purpose and eligibility requirements. Decide what each category represents and what a voter needs to understand. If prizes or judging criteria apply, explain them clearly rather than assuming supporters already know.

2. Prepare contestant information.

Collect names, approved photos and short descriptions. Check category assignment and spelling before adding candidates. Confirm that you have permission to publish the information and images supplied to you.

3. Set the timeline and review the cost.

Choose your voting start, closing and result announcement date and time. Check each field carefully in the setup form. Review the price per vote and other conditions shown before publishing; do not advertise a price until you have confirmed it.

4. Review the page on a phone.

Open the public contest page and check its text, photos and schedule. Find a candidate and review the next step in the voting journey. Ask a second person to spot unclear labels or incorrect category assignments.

5. Share the link with the right context.

Put the public contest link on your posters and social posts. State the contest name, voting period and where to get help. Avoid sending people to a personal dashboard or a payment receipt link.

6. Communicate changes during the season.

If you need to pause voting, use the creator controls while they are available and tell supporters what has changed. The configured timeline continues to apply. Keep your result announcement consistent with the published schedule.
