BUZZY · Pageant voting
A clearer voting experience for pageants and talent shows.
Give supporters one place to discover the contestants, understand your categories and follow your pageant's voting schedule.
Find a pageant or contest →Let the contestant profiles tell the story.
Use a clear contestant name, an accurate category and a recent photo. Add a short description explaining who the contestant is and what they represent. Consistent profiles make it easier for voters to compare entries and avoid selecting the wrong person.
Plan the voting window before you promote it.
Publish your opening, closing and results schedule in your announcement. Check the date and time displayed by Buzzy before sharing the link. If you pause voting during the season, explain the change to supporters; the configured timeline continues to apply.
Share one reliable destination.
Link your campaign posts to the public Buzzy contest page. Keep the event name consistent across posters, social profiles and messages. Explain the price per vote where applicable, and remind supporters to check their candidate and quantity before paying.
Prepare your support process.
Keep the contest rules, organizer contact and announcement plan easy to find. If a supporter reports a payment problem, ask for a transaction reference through the appropriate support channel. Never ask them to post a password, PIN or OTP in public.
Review the complete voting journey.
Before launch, open the public page on a phone and a desktop. Check the spelling of each name, category placement, photo quality and visible schedule. Ask someone unfamiliar with the contest to find a contestant and explain the next step.
