BUZZY · Online voting
Online voting for Nigerian contests, pageants and awards.
Bring your contestants, categories and voting schedule together. Buzzy helps organizers run online contests and gives supporters a place to discover and vote.
Explore voting contests →Give every contest a clear home.
A voting page should explain what the contest is about before asking anyone to participate. Add a recognizable contest name, a useful description and contestant photos. Group candidates into the right categories so supporters can find the person they want to vote for.
Keep the schedule clear.
Set the voting start and end date and time, together with the result announcement schedule. Eligible organizers can pause and resume voting during the voting season. A pause does not replace the timeline: voting remains subject to the configured closing and result times.
Make the cost and rules easy to understand.
Review the vote price, quantity and eligibility requirements before publishing. Supporters should check the selected contestant and total before completing payment. Use your contest description to explain any rules that voters need to know.
From setup to supporting a contestant.
Create your account and open the voting area to set up a contest. Add the organizer information, schedule, categories and contestants required by the form. Publish through the available workflow, then share the public contest link. Supporters can browse the contest before signing in to complete a vote.
Choose the right format for your event.
Pageants and talent contests benefit from photos and contestant descriptions. Awards need clearly named categories. For a school or association election, confirm that the platform's available voting controls meet your eligibility and ballot requirements before launch.
Your questions, answered
Can I pause a live contest?
The creator can pause or resume voting during the configured voting season, before the closing and result deadlines. The original schedule still applies.
Does browsing a contest cast a vote?
No. Open the contest, choose a contestant and review the voting flow before confirming your vote.
Can I use Buzzy for a school election?
Review the available eligibility and voting rules first. Do not assume a paid contest has the same requirements as a restricted school ballot.
